         Tum Itna jo muskura rahe ho is a song from the film Arth performed by the amazing Jagjit Singh beautifully written by Kaifi Azmi. 
This song perfectly defines human emotions and feelings. We often try to hide pain behind a smile which in normal language is termed as fake smile. It is because we don't want anyone to know about the pain and sufferings we are going through.we wear smile to pretend like everything is going well and we are very happy in our lives. 
Sometimes we are badly hurt inside and have tears in our eyes but we are helpless we can't do anything to end this pain, so we smile with tears in our eyes.  We  try to hold on our pain and be Strong.
Crying eases the physical and emotional pain,but by acting strong and holding pain for a longer period of time we only hurt ourselves more.
It is said that time is the best healer.Everything changes with passing time whether it's people, feelings or emotions. We scratch those wounds which the time has healed by remembering those memories ,moments,pain and most importantly re reading the pages of our past. 
What happened to us and what will happen to us is predetermined and we don't have any control over it. The lines on our hand decide our fate,life and career. Why we are loosing and hurting ourselves by thinking about the things which are bound to happen with us sooner or later. 
God has already  planned  everything for us from our birth,the people we meet, the places we visit, the things which happen to us expectedly or unexpectedly and happiness and  sorrows  to death.Each and everything is pre planned by the almighty God. All we can do is trust the process and stop hurting us. At the end everything is going to be alright have patience and trust me you'll be  happier and stronger than before.
